Job Summary
Perform diagnostic ECG testing to monitor and record the electrical activity of patients' hearts.Prepare and educate patients by explaining ECG procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring patient comfort during testing.
Apply ECG electrodes and conduct testing by properly attaching leads and operating ECG equipment according to established protocols.
Monitor, document, and communicate test results by recording accurate ECG data and providing results for physician or cardiologist review.
Troubleshoot testing and equipment issues to ensure accurate readings and uninterrupted diagnostic procedures.
Maintain equipment and patient records by cleaning and inspecting ECG machines, ensuring proper functionality, and keeping detailed, accurate patient test documentation.
Additional Expectations: Perform other assigned duties and maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an ECG technician training program or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
