UG2 is seeking an energetic and service-driven Event & Tenant Experience Coordinator to support programming, tenant engagement, and community activations at Lyrik Back Bay. This role plays a key part in delivering elevated, hospitality-focused experiences that bring the property’s dynamic mixed-use environment to life.

At the center of Lyrik is a vibrant, multi-level open-air plaza connecting office, retail, dining, and hospitality. This position will help activate that space through thoughtful programming, seamless event execution, and meaningful tenant engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Experience & Engagement

  • Coordinate and execute tenant-facing events, including wellness programming, networking events, and seasonal activations
  • Support tenants in reserving and utilizing amenity spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for tenant event logistics, including setup, A/V coordination, and space configuration
  • Foster a strong sense of community through ongoing engagement initiatives and curated programming

Plaza Programming & Activations

  • Assist in the execution of public events and activations in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Coordinate vendors, rentals, signage, and event logistics for plaza programming
  • Act as the on-site host during events, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience
  • Support seasonal activations that position Lyrik as a premier destination in Back Bay

Event Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangements, signage, and materials distribution
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Janitorial teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure compliance with building policies, permits, and insurance requirements
  • Maintain organization of storage areas, supplies, and event materials

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and enhance visibility
  • Capture event content (photos/video) for social media and digital channels
  • Provide logistical support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue management, or experiential marketing (internships and contract roles included)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach
  • Experience in customer-facing or hospitality-driven roles preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of event settings
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25–35 pounds as needed for event setup and operations
