About the Role
Wellington鈥檚 Legal and Compliance function operates in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment with frequent client interaction and firmwide regulatory touchpoints. The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-judgment administrative support to assigned stakeholders, helping them operate effectively while maintaining strong attention to confidentiality and detail.
This role serves as a key gatekeeper and coordinator, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize across competing demands. The EA is expected to be proactive and anticipatory, managing complex logistics and enabling leaders to stay focused on their highest priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of assigned stakeholders, including but not limited
to:
路Managing complex, high-volume calendars with a focus on prioritization, conflict resolution, and forward planning
路Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, including regulatory and governance forums, across multiple time zones
路Preparing meeting materials and ensuring stakeholders are set up with the appropriate context and information
路Supporting due diligence processes for client interactions, including coordinating inputs, tracking requests, and maintaining accurate records
路Managing a high volume of communication with discretion, exercising judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
路Coordinating domestic and international travel, where applicable, and resolving issues as they arise
路Supporting expense tracking and submission to ensure timely and accurate reporting
路Preparing and formatting materials (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) for internal and external use
路Partnering with stakeholders, peers, and cross-functional groups to support team operations and ensure alignment
路Tracking action items and supporting follow-through on key team priorities
路Providing cross-coverage and backup support for other assistants
路Supporting ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
路Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior stakeholders, or 5 years in a comparable administrative role. Prior experience in a law, accounting, audit, or other regulatory setting is strongly preferred.
路Experience operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
路Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
路Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
路Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems with limited direction
路Strong judgment and decision-making skills, a trusted thought partner for supported stakeholders
路Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
路High level of professionalism and reliability
路Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and comfort learning new tools
路Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams and functions

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 60,000 - 110,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.聽聽聽

Base salary聽is only one component of Wellington鈥檚 total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
