Executive Assistant-Full Time

The Executive Assistant will generate daily revenue reports, monitor news related on-air schedules, assist with viewer feedback, update the Community Affairs calendar and communicate with Community Affairs partners, organize and manage on-site tent space for community initiatives. Manage the implementation of public service announcements along with updating regulatory reports. In addition, the assistant will work alongside Engineering Department and News Department to assist with employee scheduling to ensure contract compliance and process purchase orders. Various other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The expected salary range for this position is $43,500/annually. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
