This is not a traditional administrative role. As the Executive Associate supporting the SVP Corporate Finance you will serve as a trusted right hand and critical resource for the SVP and their leadership team. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business exposure, offering an accelerated pathway into Hasbro’s Finance organization. Designed for a high-performing recent college graduate, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior executives, gain visibility into enterprise operations, and develop the skills necessary for a future leadership role within Hasbro.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

What You Will Do As An Executive Associate:

Executive and Team Support

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders — ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination

Professional Development and Exposure

  • Work closely with the SVP and their leadership team to gain insight into financial management, operational execution, and corporate strategy.
  • Attend select meetings with the SVP or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability.
  • Participate in project work that deepens your understanding of Hasbro’s business

Project and Process Support

  • Assist in managing special projects, preparing executive summaries, presentations, and status updates.
  • Support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency, communication, and strategic alignment within the Corporate Finance organization.
  • Conduct research and data gathering to inform leadership discussions and decision-making.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage expense reports, document preparation, and logistics with precision and confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience, including internships or early-career roles that demonstrate initiative, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset.

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
