As the Campus Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across the site while maintaining a strong presence in the kitchen. This role is approximately 80% hands-on, making it ideal for a chef who enjoys leading from the front while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing culinary leadership for all food service operations across the campus
- Designing innovative, fresh, and seasonal menus that enhance the guest experience
- Leading and developing a team of 15 hourly employees and supervising an Executive Chef 2
- Elevating and expanding a sophisticated, high-end catering and conference services program
- Managing food and labor costs to meet financial goals
- Overseeing purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted culinary partner
- Driving quality, consistency, and innovation across all dining venues
