Responsibilities:

  •  Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the affected departments. Ensures production processes, quality standards and deadlines and accuracy are met in order to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
  • Ensures products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards at all times and the delivery is done according to customer’s instructions. Conducts physical counts and pack additional equipment or products. Identifies procedures that can be improved and puts forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care. Confirms special meals and correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Hands-on approach
  • Ability to work 50% of the day inside a cooler/refrigerated area 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
  • Capacity to work well within a team as well as exhibit leadership skills
  • All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
  •  Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience preferably in customer service is beneficial
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Computer literate
