As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Fund Services organization, you will execute routine fund servicing transactions with accuracy and care. You’ll collaborate with partners to support smooth day-to-day operations and help strengthen the team’s service model. You’ll use active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand and respond to client needs. You’ll also contribute ideas that improve processes, reduce risk, and increase operational resilience.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures
  • Partner with operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Apply strong risk awareness and follow cybersecurity practices to help safeguard information and systems
  • Use active listening and questioning to understand client needs and support effective resolution
  • Support continuous improvement efforts using innovation and design thinking approaches to enhance processes and platform resilience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Baseline knowledge (or equivalent practical expertise) in fund servicing operations
  • Ability to execute routine transactions accurately and consistently in a process-driven environment
  • Demonstrated active listening and questioning skills to understand needs and clarify requirements
  • Experience contributing to process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Risk and control mindset, including adherence to information security and cybersecurity practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience applying innovation or design thinking methods in an operations environment
  • Demonstrated success influencing process improvements through partnership and communication
