About Quilt Health
Quilt Health is dedicated to accelerating the delivery of life-changing treatments for rare and intricate medical conditions, with an initial focus on Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) and complex hematology. While we are witnessing a historic surge in biopharmaceutical breakthroughs capable of reshaping patient outcomes, the actual pathways to accessing these innovations remain disjointed, slow, and fundamentally unequal.
We are bridging this gap by developing a comprehensive infrastructure of software and specialized services that unify patients, healthcare providers, community organizations, and industry partners. By serving as an operational catalyst, our platform optimizes clinical workflows and research initiatives, facilitates therapy access, and removes the systemic hurdles that often prevent scientific advancements from reaching the people who need them most.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-motor, detail-obsessed, and ambitious GTM & Business Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone across our Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Reporting directly to our Commercial Lead (Jazmine Coleman), this role is designed for a fast-learning generalist who wants front-row exposure to scaling a venture-backed healthtech company.
You will manage three core pillars: Commercial/Deal Operations (tracking health system pipelines and decision logs), Marketing & Event Logistics (project managing conferences, collateral, and digital workflows), and Foundational Office Support (managing executive logistics and office operations). This is a launchpad role for someone looking to build a high-growth career in RevOps, Customer Success, or Startup Operations.
Responsibilities

- Drive Pipeline Momentum: Partner with leadership to manage deal tracking, action items, and decision logs across our rapidly growing health system partnerships.
- Client Experience Continuity: Serve as the crucial operational backbone and relationship bridge for key client touchpoints as our commercial pipeline scales.

- Deliverable Execution: Own the production of critical assets, including executive briefing documents, presentation decks, digital marketing coordination, and event logistics.
Business & Executive Logistics
- Leadership Enablement: Manage complex executive scheduling, travel logistics, and team-building events, ensuring leadership is focused on high-leverage growth initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and administrative needs with a high degree of precision, anticipation, and proactive problem-solving.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, startup operations, sales operations, or high-level project management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and project management discipline; ability to track dozens of moving parts without letting items drop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with external health system executives and internal leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and low ego—equally comfortable drafting strategic briefing docs or managing event logistics.
- Proficiency with modern startup tool stacks (e.g., Notion, HubSpot/CRM tools, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana/Jira).
