- Fully own assigned analyses and work streams with moderate to low direction and supportÂ
- Gather, analyze and synthesize primary and secondary research and dataÂ
- Develop and prepare slides from existing frameworks, or other written communications, to convey the insights and recommendations developedÂ
- Work with a team to diagnose the clients’ needs and develop recommendationsÂ
- Work with a team to form hypotheses that will help clients solve their challengesÂ
- Work with the team to develop and refine creative recommendations to make to the client Â
- Participate in firm developmentÂ
- Contribute to internal efforts that help improve & grow the firm (e.g. recruiting)

​Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this positionÂ
- Interest in consulting, business and innovation Â
- Finely tuned analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challengesÂ
- Ability to conduct secondary and/or primary researchÂ
- Excellent written and oral communication skillsÂ
- Solid skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Â
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that can thrive in an unstructured and collaborative team environment Â
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Compensation $95,000 USD base with bonus potential of 0-30%.
