We are seeking a Full‑Time Guest Specialist/Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. Candidates with availability to work two overnight shifts (11pm-7am) and three other shifts are encouraged to apply


What You’ll Do

As a Guest Specialist, you will combine exceptional hospitality with efficient front desk operations to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.


Guest Experience

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience from check‑in through check‑out with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Create a welcoming, sophisticated, and engaging lobby environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and our three on‑site restaurants
  • Build rapport with returning guests and personalize service whenever possible

Front Desk Operations

  • Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment transactions
  • Maintain organized front desk operations and clear communication across shifts
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, security, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service
  • Assist other hotel departments as needed to support guest satisfaction


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A guest‑focused mindset with comfort interacting with a diverse public
  • Prior hospitality experience, preferably at a hotel front desk
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Some college coursework preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs
