About the Role

The marketing associate is responsible for providing a variety of support to ensure consistent timely delivery of high quality marketing materials. This individual will provide data-related support to the senior members of the team through a variety of tasks and projects to meet their goals.

 

This role is an internally facing support role aimed at ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our marketing materials for use in sales and marketing initiatives. The role also encompasses the gathering and synthesizing of data in order for these materials to be disseminated in a timely manner.

 

About the Team

The Marketing Production team develops, manages, and distributes product-specific marketing collateral across various mediums, on a global scale. The team’s goal is to deliver high quality, timely information in the following key areas:

 

Our Marketing Collateral channel focuses on a data-driven, automated approach to managing the firm’s suite of short and informative marketing pieces (fact sheets, info sheets, channel-specific, etc.) through collaboration with various internal constituents.

 

Our Investment Content channel focuses on facilitating the production of investment marketing commentary and regulatory portfolio reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Our Web channel focuses on managing the firm’s web presence with timely digital management and distribution of data-related feeds and reports on the main website, microsite, and access-only site, as well as keeping product content fresh and up-to-date.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the gathering, compiling and synthesis of data required for the production of marketing collateral
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials
  • Assisting with the maintenance of internal and public websites
  • Facilitating the legal and compliance review of various materials and templates
  • Tracking of materials including peer and legal review
  • Distributing finalized materials internally and externally

Additional Requirements

The position follows a hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days work from office.

 

Loomis Sayles is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD. Your starting salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications and local benchmarking. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award, which is based on individual and company performance.
