Organic Marketing Manager
StemWave · Full-time · On-site

About StemWave
StemWave manufactures and distributes premium medical technology to healthcare providers such as physical therapists, chiropractors, MDs, athletic trainers, and other private practice owners. We build trust through clinical credibility, not hype, and aim to connect with our audience through emotional storytelling amid a crowded, noisy market.

About the Role
We're hiring someone who is a passionate storyteller and marketer. This person genuinely loves to showcase their creativity and thrives around a creative team. This role will own the operational and production layer of our organic content. This includes but is not limited to the content calendar + all respective platforms, delegation of creative briefs to video editors, day-to-day ideation, analytics tracking, and production. This is a manager-level seat built around ownership, not task execution.

What You'll Own

  • Content calendar and forecast across all social platforms and community channels.

  • Delegation to our team of video editors, deciding what needs a creative brief vs. what you need to create directly

  • Content ideation: Using assets already available and dreaming up new ways to use them for content, not just executing direction

  • Blog consistency, design, and posting

  • Primary content recording for day-to-day organic content

  • Facebook Group and community engagement

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of professional or internship experience in content, social media, or any related field.

    • If you don't have that yet: meaningful undergrad project work, coursework, or extracurricular involvement in content/social/marketing, with a portfolio or website you can point us to with real insights and creatives to show

  • Comfort on camera and behind it. You need to be comfortable being a face on socials and speaking either on or off script.

  • A calm, credible communication style: no hype, no growth-hacker tone

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows, however, it is essential you are able to show creative and copywriting skills on your own. We are not a “template” brand and lean heavily into storytelling and personality.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic video editing and graphic design on platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Veed, CapCut, etc.

  • Basic camera, lighting, and sound knowledge and experience

Who You Report To
You'll report directly to our Head of Organic Marketing, who owns creative direction, strategy, and final sign-off on the bigger projects. Organic and paid advertising are kept strategically separate, this role sits entirely on the organic side.

What Success Looks Like

  • You own the calendar with no day-to-day check-ins needed

  • You are independent and start projects without being asked

  • The blog queue runs at pace or better

  • Facebook Group rhythm stays consistent, no gaps

  • You're making delegation calls to editors independently

  • The content calendar is prepped and organized weeks ahead, staying on offense

  • You have stayed on top of analytics tracking and evaluation

  • You bring both valuable, creative ideas to the table and energy to the team!

Compensation & Benefits

  • $71,000 annual salary

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited PTO

  • A fast-growing company with real room to grow into a bigger role

  • A team that supports each other and does great work together!
