The Staff Pad has partnered with an innovative, physician-led healthcare organization seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—with the time, resources, and support needed to build meaningful relationships with patients. Our client has embraced a modern, value-based approach to primary care that prioritizes quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and whole-person care over patient volume.

If you're looking for a collaborative environment where physicians are empowered to provide exceptional care while helping shape the future of healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
  • Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness
  • Accurately document patient encounters and support value-based care initiatives through quality coding and documentation
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, high-quality care
  • Participate in population health initiatives and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes
  • Build long-term relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Significant clinical experience in a primary care setting
  • A passion for patient-centered care
  • Experience with—or enthusiasm for—a value-based care model
  • Strong electronic medical record (EMR) documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility, humility, and a willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement

What Success Looks Like

Successful providers will:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care while earning the trust of patients and colleagues
  • Effectively identify and document risk-adjustment diagnoses
  • Support patients through preventive care and chronic disease management
  • Help eligible patients enroll in advanced care management programs
  • Progress toward an average of approximately two patient visits per hour while maintaining a high standard of care

Technology & Support

You'll have access to:

  • A robust clinical support team
  • AI-powered documentation tools that reduce administrative burden
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) technology
  • Resources designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 annually, depending on experience.

Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 7 weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and CME)
  • 10 paid holidays
  • $2,000 annual CME/education reimbursement
  •  Employer-paid life insurance
  •  Employer-paid short- and long-term disability
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account with employer contribution
  • Medical malpractice coverage
  • Reimbursement for professional licensing, board certification, and required dues
  • Optional dental, vision, and supplemental insurance
  • Part-time opportunities may also be available

Why This Opportunity?

This physician-led organization is redefining primary care by giving providers the time and support they need to practice exceptional medicine. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovation, technology, and a value-based approach to care.

If you're ready to join an organization where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your patients come first, we'd love to connect with you.
