Responsible for all administrative duties required by the Sales Team to provide superior service to our guests. Attention to detail, self-motivation & passion to serve our guests are what we look for in our selected candidate.

Hourly rate for this position is $33.18
Â
RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
- Support the efforts of the sales team to drive top-line revenue for the hotel. Â
- Manages and assigns all sales inquiries for group, catering, and private dining sales in a timely manner.
- Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums.Â
- Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional materials.
- Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi FDC and Tripleseat).Â
- Assist clients and media in the absence of the Sales Manager.     Â
- Coordinate client site inspections, preplanning visits, customer events. Â
- Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed.
- Process event turnovers to our operations team to ensure successful execution.Â

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills.Â
- Passionate for hospitality and effectively engages with internal and external clients.Â
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.Â
- Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.Â
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced work environment.Â
- Exercises sound judgment evaluating situations and utilizes appropriate and creative resources to solve problems.Â
- Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC and Opera preferred.Â
