About the Role:
Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Director to lead our growth efforts nationally. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our sales strategy and make a real impact in a fast-paced, service-driven industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for moving and cleaning services
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and forecasting
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales initiatives
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions in the Boston area
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales leadership or sales director experience, preferably in moving, cleaning, or service industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
