Position Responsibilities:

Document and implement standardized sales processes and metrics, including KPI definitions and goal cascades, to support operational effectiveness. Develop and manage pipeline qualification and attribution. Ensure proper distribution and resolve attribution escalations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Orchestrate AI-human collaboration in the sales process and manage and optimize AI sales intelligence tools and automated customer/partner interaction systems. Maintain sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Implement sales workflows and automation to streamline process and improve seller efficiency. Conduct sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversion rates, goal attainment, and/or forecast accuracy to identify potential risks. Prepare and drive regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency. Act as primary point of contact to resolve stakeholders’ requests and execute daily operational processes. Lead sales tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and productivity. Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales efficiency and processes. Drive escalations, gap-to-green, and/or other issues to resolution.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) experience with CRM systems and sales operations tools; (2) experience implementing sales processes and procedures; (3) experience in Microsoft Excel. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
