The Senior Manager, Merchandise Supply Chain is responsible for building and managing the systems that keep Level99 products moving from factory to player on time. You will oversee our 3PL partner, handle inbound freight and customs, and make sure product data across Shopify, POS, and warehouse systems stays accurate.
\n- Oversee daily communication with our 3PL partner across fulfillment, routing, and storage.
- Manage inbound shipments, customs paperwork, and landed cost tracking.
- Create and maintain the replenishment cadence for all retail locations balancing healthy inventory levels with working capital.
- Coordinate inbound routing from factories to our 3PL partner, ensuring clear expectations and timelines with all vendors.
- Manage the 3PL relationship, including weekly performance reviews, KPI reporting, and escalation of service issues.
- Audit freight invoices and landed-cost data to confirm accuracy and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Keep systems connected and data aligned between Shopify, POS, and 3PL systems, resolving sync errors and data mismatches.
- Develop standardized reporting for inventory position, inbound timing, and weekly sell-through trends by location.
- Partner with the Merchandiser, Product Development, and Retail Operations teams to forecast demand and plan replenishment.
- Work closely with Finance on landed-cost reporting and margin reporting.
- Improve and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound logistics, routing, and replenishment.
- Lead improvement efforts focused on cost reduction, speed, and data accuracy.
- 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within retail, consumer products or apparel manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success managing 3PL performance, contracts, and service-level accountability.
- Experience coordinating inbound freight, customs, and vendor routing for domestic and international shipments.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, or Shopify integrated tools.
- Proven ability to create or refine operational processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
- Experience translating logistics and inventory performance into recommendations for Finance and Retail Operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives across multi-location retail.
- Experience using logistics and inventory reporting to inform budget planning and executive decision-making.
- Experience supporting new store launches and product rollouts.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets SkillsClear communicator with solid follow-through and accountability.
- Able to troubleshoot issues quickly and stay organized under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in logistics or operations will be considered in place of formal education.
- Shopify or ERP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with 3Pl systems such as ShipBob, Boxzooka, or ShipHero.
While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
