Job Description

Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Statistics in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field or foreign academic equivalent plus 3 years of related experience OR Masters degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field or foreign academic equivalent plus 6 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Contribute to drug development in multiple therapeutical areas or development phases with statistical expertise, such as clinical study design, data analysis methodology, statistical programming, etc.; manage studies as statistics lead through seamless collaboration with study team and contribute to compound level strategies; lead study deliveries, communicate results to team effectively in an oral or written fashion, and influence team on decision-making; understand the overall drug development process as well as the regulatory guidance and industry standards applicable to clinical study design, analysis and regulatory submission. Up to 75% remote work allowed; must live within normal commuting distance of Cambridge, MA.
