We Are:
Accenture's Industry X practice is at the forefront of industrial reinvention — combining deep engineering expertise, AI capabilities, and ecosystem scale to help the world's largest manufacturers, energy companies, and infrastructure operators transform how they design, build, and operate.
You Are:
Accenture's SC&E practice is seeking a Product Management & Go-to-Market to lead our Industrial AI portfolio globally. In this role, you will help define product strategy, own end-to-end go-to-market execution, and drive product marketing transformation for AI-powered solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, robotics, and connected infrastructure.
You will work at the intersection of enterprise technology and industry transformation — translating emerging Industrial AI capabilities into compelling market narratives, scalable commercial platforms, and high-impact partner ecosystems with hyperscalers and AI leaders. This role requires a proven ability to scale product-led revenue and build category-defining market positions from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
Help define and execute global product portfolio strategy for Industrial AI solutions spanning Edge AI, agentic systems, digital twins, robotics, and connected supply chain platforms.
Own the full product lifecycle — from market sizing and roadmap prioritization through commercialization, GTM launch, and revenue scaling to $500m
Establish repeatable IP, solution accelerators, and Centers of Competency that improve delivery consistency and market differentiation at scale.
Collaborate with Accenture's Cloud First, Technology, and Industry leadership to align product innovation with enterprise transformation priorities.
Product Marketing & Market Positioning
Develop and own the Industrial AI market narrative — defining positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Accenture's offerings across manufacturing, supply chain, energy, and mobility verticals.
Lead integrated product marketing campaigns spanning digital channels, executive events, analyst relations, and field enablement — driving awareness, pipeline, and enterprise adoption.
Build and execute launch strategies for new Industrial AI products and platform releases, orchestrating cross-functional readiness across product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
Shape and advance Accenture's thought leadership profile in Industrial AI through global speaking engagements, industry forums, whitepapers, and executive briefings.
Establish and scale sales enablement programs — delivering executive and field collateral, training curricula, and battle cards that improve win rates on complex Industrial AI engagements.
Go-to-Market Execution & Revenue Growth
Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for Industrial AI offerings — aligning product, marketing, sales, and delivery into integrated commercial motions that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
Partner with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, NVIDIA) and technology ecosystem leaders to design joint GTM programs, co-sell motions, and integrated solution offerings.
Define and track GTM KPIs — win rates, pipeline velocity, revenue per offering, market share — and continuously optimize commercial execution based on data and field insights.
Help build and scale a world-class product and practice organization, leading matrixed global teams of technical, domain, and commercial experts.
Travel may be required for role. 0-100% depending on client demands.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in product management and product marketing, with demonstrated success owning enterprise software or platform portfolios at a global scale.
Minimum 12 years of experience scaling IP- or product-led revenue, ideally from more than $100 million to more than $300 million, within a large consulting, technology, or industrial organization.
Minimum of 12 years of experience across one or more Industrial AI domains, including Edge AI, IoT/IIoT, digital twins, agentic AI, robotics, and Industry 4.0 platforms.
Minimum 12 years leading end-to-end GTM strategy and execution — from launch planning and field enablement through integrated campaigns, analyst relations, and partner co-sell programs including ability to develop market narratives, positioning frameworks, and integrated product marketing programs that drive enterprise pipeline and adoption.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at a major consulting firm, hyperscaler, or industrial technology company (e.g., GE, Siemens, Rockwell, PTC) in a senior product or product marketing leadership role.
Active hyperscaler ecosystem relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or NVIDIA for joint GTM and co-sell programs.
Experience building developer portals, platform ecosystems, or cloud-native product architectures.
Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) or equivalent product management credential.
Strong thought leadership profile including published content, analyst relationships, and global speaking engagements in Industrial AI or Industry 4.0.
