Job Summary

Responsible for designing, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for employees within an organization.

Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities)
Develop and implement training programs that meet organizational goals and address specific training needs.
Work with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and training manuals.
Deliver training sessions to employees, either in-person or through virtual training platforms.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to managers and employees.
Develop and implement training evaluation tools to measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.
Collaborate with other training coordinators and HR professionals to ensure consistency in training programs across the organization.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance records and feedback from participants.
Communicate training program schedules and updates to employees and managers.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in similar administrative/office position 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.

Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
