Transactional Tax Associate (Class of 2022–2023) | NYC, BOS, Silicon Valley, SFO

Discreet search for our AmLaw 100 client seeking a mid-level transactional tax associate who can run key tax pieces on corporate and finance deals, private equity and funds work.

• Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side

• Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity-level planning

• Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues

• Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT-adjacent matters

• JD 2022–2023 with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience

• Able to manage substantial components of transactions with appropriate supervision

• Strong writing and clear, practical advice for deal teams

• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required

• Broad deal mix: corporate, funds, real estate, and finance under one tax roof

• A platform consistently recognized across major practice areas in Chambers, with deep PE and investment ecosystem ties

• Work that keeps you close to the economics of transactions, not just technical memos
