The Role
The Corporate and Travel Industry Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a key contributor to the Commercial Division.  In this role, you will handle the development and implementation of strategic plans to positively affect the leisure, wholesale and business travel segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the luxury agency landscape and local destination as well as commitment to creative and elevated service.
As a champion of our Four Seasons brand you will serve as an ambassador to a variety of clients, B2B partners and internal stakeholders while creatively and passionately building new business through prospecting and account penetration efforts.
Salary Range: $95,516 - $103,810
Qualifications
College Degree preferred, high school or equivalent education needed
- Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably selling the New England destination
- Ability to establish and master goals and to identify and develop accounts, working both collaboratively with sales team and independently to produce results
- Proven sales success and deep relationships in the luxury travel sector, over tEMEA experience (specifically Gulf Region) preferred
- Requires strong communication/presentation skills, both verbal and written with an ability to engage in virtual web settings.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Exceptional English communication required, multilingual candidates with Arabic are preferred
- Strong personal presence and confidence to represent the world’s leading luxury hotel brand
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage self and others to prepare complex and time sensitive stays for a discerning clientele
- Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently
- Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Salesforce
- Math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required
