Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | On-site

Back Bay Periodontics & Dental Implants is a close-knit specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal and dental implant care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment journey while delivering a first-class experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating care, and helping patients feel confident about their treatment decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service to patients and referring offices through in-person, phone, and electronic communication
  • Schedule consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up appointments while managing the doctor's schedule
  • Coordinate patient care with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless experience
  • Understand doctor treatment recommendations to help in developing treatment plans from diagnosis
  • Present periodontal and dental implant treatment plans, explain treatment costs, verify insurance information, and collect patient payments
  • Communicate with referring dental offices regarding treatment and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance
  • Support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced specialty practice

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of dental experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Periodontal, oral surgery, orthodontic, or other specialty experience is beneficial
  • Experience discussing treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements is a plus
