We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Associate to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time position, scheduled from 11:00PM to 07:00AM, with required availability to work every other weekend.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.
- Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.
- Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.
- Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must own several dark-colored suits.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.
- Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED training are a plus but not mandatory as all employees will receive training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb and descent stairways.
- Be able to respond quickly and professionally to assistance requests.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
·    Pay ranges from $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
