What You'll Do:Â
We are looking for a Manager, Accounts to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As a Manager, Accounts you will actively contribute and lead the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from recruitment, strategic development management, and execution.  Â
Â
Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectivesÂ
Be part of WNG’s Client Services team and partner with other disciplines such as University Relations, Media, and Production for the development and execution of client programs Â
Create, implement and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Wasserman Next Gen can enhance the student experience through program opportunities Â
Develop solid business relationships with key campus contacts within on-campus career centers, as well as relevant student organizationsÂ
Act as the primary WNG contact for ambassadors, overseeing their training and coaching in support of program objectivesÂ
Serve as a resource for Associate Manager development and mentor on program best practices and goalsÂ
Support and lead daily workflows and initiatives of client projects to ensure timely, economic program executionÂ
Track all activity in Salesforce by creating, updating and maintaining accurate documentation of student, university and program records  Â
Ensure that all invoices and student payments are processed correctly and showcase the ability to identify and address issuesÂ
Produce client-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative program dataÂ
Willing to travel and work at on-site activationsÂ
Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Gen consumersÂ
Contribute to agency culture by actively participating in building positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion pointsÂ
Perform other duties, as assignedÂ

 What We're Looking For:Â
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related fieldÂ
2-4 years of related work experience at Next Gen or externally, ideally with exposure to events and experiential marketingÂ
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a high energy environmentÂ
Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effective multitaskingÂ
Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills Â
Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)Â
Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solveÂ
Innate curiosity and awareness of next generation trends and behaviorsÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Â
Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) a plusÂ
Base salary range: $55-65K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
