What You'll Do:Ā 

We are looking forĀ aĀ Manager,Ā AccountsĀ to join ourĀ rapidlyĀ growingĀ teamĀ ofĀ college andĀ youthĀ marketing enthusiasts.Ā As a Manager,Ā AccountsĀ you will activelyĀ contribute andĀ lead the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from recruitment, strategic development management, and execution.Ā Ā Ā 

Ā 

  • Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and programĀ objectivesĀ 

  • Be part ofĀ WNG’sĀ Client ServicesĀ teamĀ andĀ partner with other disciplines such asĀ University Relations, Media, and ProductionĀ for the development and execution of client programsĀ Ā 

  • Create,Ā implementĀ and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Wasserman Next Gen can enhance the student experience through program opportunitiesĀ Ā 

  • Develop solid business relationships with key campus contacts within on-campus career centers, as well as relevant student organizationsĀ 

  • ActĀ as the primaryĀ WNGĀ contact for ambassadors, overseeing their training and coaching in support of programĀ objectivesĀ 

  • Serve as a resource for Associate Manager development and mentor on program best practices and goalsĀ 

  • SupportĀ and leadĀ daily workflows and initiativesĀ of client projects to ensureĀ timely, economic programĀ executionĀ 

  • Track all activity in Salesforce by creating,Ā updatingĀ andĀ maintainingĀ accurateĀ documentation of student,Ā universityĀ and program recordsĀ Ā Ā 

  • Ensure that all invoicesĀ and studentĀ paymentsĀ are processed correctlyĀ andĀ showcaseĀ the ability toĀ identifyĀ and address issuesĀ 

  • Produce client-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative programĀ dataĀ 

  • Willing to travel and work at on-site activationsĀ 

  • Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next GenĀ consumersĀ 

  • Contribute to agency culture by activelyĀ participatingĀ in building positive internal relationships andĀ maintainingĀ enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passionĀ pointsĀ 

  • Perform other duties, asĀ assignedĀ

Ā What We're Looking For:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications,Ā businessĀ or a related fieldĀ 

  • 2-4Ā yearsĀ of related work experienceĀ at Next Gen or externally, ideally with exposure to events and experiential marketingĀ 

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a high energyĀ environmentĀ 

  • Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effectiveĀ multitaskingĀ 

  • Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills  

  • Creative thinker that is willing to travel ā€˜outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)Ā 

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problemĀ solveĀ 

  • Innate curiosity and awareness of next generation trends and behaviorsĀ 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) aĀ plusĀ 

Base salary range: $55-65K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each roleĀ
