Crescent Capital Group is an alternative asset manager with approximately $50 billion of assets under management and approximately 225+ employees. We are headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, and London.

The Analyst/Associate will be a part of the Direct Lending investment team in Boston, MA.  This position is for immediate hire (Q3/Q4 2026).

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform due diligence on new investment opportunities
  • Build financial models outlining various capital structures and case scenarios for the purpose of financial analysis and cash flow projections
  • Write credit memorandums and prepare Investment Committee materials in support of underwriting
  • Spread and analyze comparable company financial data
  • Research company specifics and industry data
  • Monitor existing investments within the portfolio, including underwriting incremental investment opportunities for portfolio companies
  • Actively contribute to Investment Committee discussions
  • Work on additional projects to support the Direct Lending team

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Undergraduate degree with strong GPA (3.5+) and finance/accounting background
  • 1-3 years of investment banking, private equity, private credit or corporate banking/finance experience (seeking graduate from class of 2022-2025)
  • Professional individual with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize several tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Strong excel/modeling skills
  • Pro-active individual who enjoys working independently and can take additional responsibility

 

Benefits:

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$130,000
  • Crescent's salary ranges are determined by role, duration of direct experience, and internal and external pay equity considerations
