Position Summary 

Traffic Coordinator / Loading Dock Attendant

VPNE Parking Solutions, a family-owned and rapidly growing company, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator/Loading Dock Attendant to manage dock traffic operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Join a team that values professionalism, energy, and customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic entering/exiting loading docks and surrounding areas.
• Assign bays for incoming deliveries (201, & 401/421 docks).
• Communicate with team members via two-way radio.
• Log and track all deliveries.
• Maintain clean and safe dock areas.
• Sort, scan, and deliver packages to tenants.
• Provide friendly, professional guest interactions at all times.
• Assist guests as a top priority, even during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; entry-level experience accepted.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push 200 lbs; work in all weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable performing duties in all-weather environment.
• Adaptable to changing weather conditions.
• Perform tasks in diverse weather conditions.
• Safety first mindset.
• Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts.
