The Garage Valet Attendant is a customer service position involving parking and retrieving vehicles for customers. The primary responsibility of a garage valet is to provide a positive and efficient parking experience for customers and to make a fantastic impression through every interaction by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner, giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.Â

Schedule: Sun 7am - 3pm, Mon - Thurs 6am - 2pm

Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.Â

You will park customers’ vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely, minimizing the potential for accidents.Â

Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.Â

Provide exceptional guest experience.Â

Maintain organization at operation.Â

Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift.Â

Provide information about the garage, such as the hours of operation, rates, or any special promotions upon request.Â

Cleaning duties as assignedÂ

Adhere to the VPNE attendance policy.Â

You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate safety gear and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.Â

Ability to fill out damage or accident supportsÂ

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and writtenÂ

Must be at least 18 years oldÂ
