Food and Beverage Supervisor, Boston Hub Food Hall

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Boston Hub Food Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead daily operations and supervise team members across multiple Hub Hall food and beverage outlets, including Now Pouring, The Draft & Hencraft, Momosan by Morimoto, and future concepts, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training 
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Requires at least two years of supervisory experience and bartending experience
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Previous bartending experience highly preferred

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally 
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
