What You Will DoāÆĀ
ProvideĀ a full range of office maintenance services for an office ofĀ 125+ team members onĀ two floorsĀ
Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the office by monitoring and tidying (cleaning surfaces,Ā vacuuming, spot cleaning) workspaces, printer areas, pantries, conference rooms, teaming areas,Ā libraryĀ andĀ common areasĀ at all timesāÆĀ
AssistĀ staff as needed with seat changes, setting up workspaces, installing/breaking down computers, helping move itemsĀ
MonitorĀ andĀ organizeĀ office and pantry suppliesĀ and sample returnsĀ
Assist with setup and clean-up of onsite internal and client meetings byĀ ensuring conference room tables and chairs and clean and in order, dishes and mugs are stocked and removed after meetings, assisting with food/drink setup and removal, dry-erase boards and walls are clean and paper and other materials put away after meetings. āÆĀ
AssistĀ with mailroom operations as needed, including receiving and delivering packages and returnsĀ Ā
AssistĀ with Materials LibraryĀ maintenance, includingĀ keeping theĀ library clutter free, sort andĀ pack materials, bring packages down toĀ pick up area,Ā sendĀ and receiveĀ communicationsĀ with outsideĀ vendorsĀ to arrange sample retrievalĀ
MonitorĀ kitchen regularly,Ā load/unload the dishwasher, andĀ stock supplies as neededĀ
Provide backĀ up supportĀ toĀ theĀ Office Coordinator and ReceptionistĀ as neededĀ
Assist Studios and other departments as neededĀ

Your QualificationsāÆĀ
Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a corporate environment preferredĀ
Must be polished and professionalĀ Ā
Available to workĀ Monday ā Thursday fromĀ 1:00PMĀ ā 5:30PM,Ā Friday 12:00PM ā 5:30PMĀ andĀ additionalāÆhours as neededĀ
AbleĀ to liftĀ 50+āÆlbs.Ā
Aptitude to take initiative, be proactive, andĀ maintainĀ productivity without supervisionĀ
Ability to be a team playerĀ andĀ step in toāÆassistāÆbeyond general responsibilitiesāÆĀ
Ability to multi-taskĀ in aĀ fast-pacedĀ environmentĀ
Effective verbal and written communicationĀ requiredĀ
Knowledge of Outlook email and Microsoft Teams as communication toolsĀ requiredĀ
**The hourly range will be estimated between $22-26/hour for this part time position. This position requires someone to work between 20-23 hours per week.
