Support Staff (BTAP - PT Reg)

We are currently hiring Support Staff at the Samuel Adams Taproom in Boston, MA.  

 

Support Staff contribute to the flow and tempo of the restaurant by effectively clearing and setting tables. Support the bar by cleaning and restocking glassware, taking out kegs, and clearing bus tubs. Occasionally help unload the beer truck and puts kegs away. 

 

What You'll Brew: 

• Knowledgeable of the brand, upcoming events, teaching and telling the Boston Beer story 
• Offer excellent dining experiences to our guests
• Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned 
• Deliver food orders in a timely manner 
• Ensure the dishes are cleaned and put away 
• Commit to and maintain a safe and sanitary environment 

What Ingredients You’ll Bring: 

• 1+ year experience in a fast paced high-volume restaurant 
• Good customer service and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and help cover shifts 

Level: 10 

 

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $16.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
