About The Position
 We are seeking a skilled Dermatologist for a 50-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Massachusetts. Starting on 06/23/2025, this opportunity requires coverage from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with general dermatology, including biopsies and incisions, in an outpatient setting. Cosmetic procedures are not part of this role. The position involves conducting dermatology office visits using Meditech EHR. This assignment offers the potential for extension, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated dermatology specialist to make a significant impact in patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct outpatient dermatology office visits
• Perform general dermatological procedures, including biopsies and incisions
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EHR
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain patient safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Stay updated on the latest dermatological treatments and best practices
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts
• Board certification in Dermatology required
• Experience in outpatient dermatology settings preferred
• Proficiency in performing biopsies and incisions essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
