WTW’s Global Risk & Broking Division is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative duties and offers the opportunity to act as a trusted strategic partner to a team of mid and senior level executives (your clients).
This remote position offers significant visibility, acting as the central hub for your clients.
About the Role:
- Deliver superior administrative and operational support to a team of mid-to-senior level executives in the Insurance Consulting and Technology Americas Business, a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize large cross-departmental meetings requiring advanced scheduling and coordination.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including monitoring itinerary changes and ensuring timely submission of expense reports.
- Assist with email and communication management as required.
- Act as a trusted liaison, working closely with your client team members to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Support the formatting and refinement of client deliverables, contracts, and other written communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality throughout.
- Ensure compliance with company information security and data privacy policies when managing files and sensitive data.
- Work on ad hoc projects and deliver to goal as requested.
- This position reports directly to the Business Operations Lead.
- This position supports 3-7 mid-to-senior level professionals.
