Role Overview:

We are inviting a skilled and professional ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practitioner to join our after-school program as a dedicated one-on-one staff member. This position is essential for delivering individualized behavioral support to one student each afternoon, ensuring their developmental and social needs are met in a consistent and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized ABA interventions on a one-on-one basis from 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targeted outcomes.

  • Coordinate closely with program leadership, educational staff, and the child’s family to maintain a unified approach to the student’s development.

  • Ensure a positive, engaging, and structured environment that aligns with the values of Boston’s Bridge to Excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in applied behavior analysis, preferably with children in educational settings.

  • Relevant certification or training in ABA methodologies.

  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, and a professional approach to supporting a child’s growth in a team-oriented atmosphere.
