About UsÂ
At Apex Concierge Services Inc., we deliver five-star hospitality in luxury residential environments. As a trusted service partner throughout Boston, we provide elevated front desk and lifestyle management services built on professionalism, trust, and excellence. We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Seasonal Pool Attendant to support operations at Ora Seaport Residences in Boston, MA. Â
This is not a lifeguard position — no CPR certification or lifeguard experience required. We’re looking for someone who takes their work seriously, represents our brand with pride, and creates a safe and welcoming pool environment for residents every single day.Â
What You’ll DoÂ
As the Pool Attendant, you are the face of the community during pool hours. You’ll maintain Apex service standards while managing access, monitoring facilities, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for residents from open to close.Â
Pool Access & Guest ManagementÂ
- Verify and admit only approved residents and guests in accordance with community access policiesÂ
- Enforce pool rules and community standards with professionalism and consistencyÂ
- Manage pool capacity during peak hours and communicate flow expectations to residentsÂ
- Maintain a daily visitor log and document incidents, observations, and any concernsÂ
- Report hazards, maintenance issues, or policy violations to Apex management immediatelyÂ
Facility StandardsÂ
- Ensure the pool deck, lounge furniture, restrooms, and common areas remain clean and guest-ready throughout every shiftÂ
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and flag safety or maintenance concerns to building staffÂ
- Open and close the pool area following established procedures, including equipment checks and signageÂ
- Restock and organize pool amenities as neededÂ
Concierge Operations & Emergency ResponseÂ
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for residents — you are expected to understand how the property operates, not just the poolÂ
- Complete Apex concierge operations training and apply those standards to every resident interactionÂ
- On days of anticipated severe weather, report to and assist in the Package Room until the on-site lifeguard team determines whether it is safe to open or maintain pool operationsÂ
- Follow all Apex and Ora protocols for pool closure, resident communication, and emergency escalationÂ
- Complete all required shift and incident reports accurately and on timeÂ
- Support front desk and package room staff as operationally neededÂ
Why Join Us?Â
- $18.00–$21.00/hr — competitive, above-market pay for a seasonal roleÂ
- Paid training in luxury concierge operations — real, transferable skillsÂ
- Work at one of Boston’s most distinguished residential communitiesÂ
- Supportive leadership and a team culture built on accountability and professionalismÂ
- A summer role that builds a rĂ©sumĂ©, not just fills a seasonÂ
