Boulder City Hospital is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Our CNAs are a vital part of the care team and build meaningful relationships with the residents they care for every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility

• Support nurses with treatments and basic clinical tasks under supervision

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families

• Document care and maintain resident confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Current Nevada CNA License

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills

• Understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality

• Ability to lift, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
