Private Duty Home Care Executive Director

AdvisaCare Home Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Private Duty Home Care Executive Director to join our team. As the Executive Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff, and foster a positive work environment. You will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of home care staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and service quality.
• Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing to enhance community outreach and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient care documentation and records.
• Provide hands-on patient care when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years leadership experience in home health care or related field.
• Current Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care.

• Minimum of two (2) years of Home Health Care Leadership experience
• Demonstrate good communication and public relations skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
