Your Purpose: The TQS Mindset

In this role, your mission transcends traditional patrolling. You are the guardian of the property’s reputation, brand and the primary architect of its security. Your purpose is built on four pillars:

• Vigilance with Intent: You don’t just watch; you observe. You anticipate risks before they manifest and identify technical or physical vulnerabilities with a sharp, analytical eye. You measure success by eliminating exposure to threats in all forms.
• The Hospitality of Security: You are the first face our tenants/residents see. You provide a "White Glove" experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and seamless, ensuring high level security and high level service are not mutually exclusive.
• Total Quality Ownership: You take pride in the details. From the precision of your uniform to the clarity of your reports and the operational status of security systems, you settle for nothing less than a zero defect mentality.
• Crisis Leadership: In moments of uncertainty, you are the calm. You lead with Command Presence and confidence, utilizing advanced training to manage security incidents with technical precision.

• Technical Sophistication: You are proficient with integrated access control, CCTV surveillance, and smart-building management platforms.

• Integrity: You operate with an unwavering ethical compass, maintaining the confidentiality and discretion required by a high-profile commercial or residential asset.
• Reliability: A flawless record of punctuality and a commitment to maintaining the "Total Quality" standard every hour of every shift.

Professional Requirements

• Active Denver Guard Card.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and respond to physical emergencies.
• Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift.
