Requirements
Manage and monitor daily payment operations across multiple channelsā Support internal teams in processing client payments and recommend the most effective payment solutions
ā Maintain ongoing communication with PSPs to resolve issues, optimize performance, and receive updates
ā Identify and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to improve payment capabilities
ā Handle onboarding processes for new payment solutions and partners
ā Ensure smooth execution of wire transfers, card payments, and crypto transactions
ā Monitor payment flows and troubleshoot any operational or technical issues
ā Provide guidance to team members on payment methods, gateways, and best practices
ā Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions and providers
Strong numerical and analytical skills
ā High level of computer literacy and comfort working with multiple systems
ā Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand new tools and platforms
ā Solid understanding of: Wire transfers (SWIFT) and IBAN, SEPA payments, Card payment processing, Cryptocurrency transactions
ā Experience working with or managing PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
ā Ability to communicate professionally via email and calls with external partners
ā Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
ā Team player with a proactive approach Nice to Have
ā Previous experience in FX, fintech, or online payments industry
ā Experience onboarding PSPs or working with payment gateways
ā Familiarity with compliance or KYC processes
