As the Lead Mechanic you will manage ordering parts for the fleet you oversee. This position will also perform vehicle tune-ups, diagnostic repair, perform DOT inspections, change brakes, suspension, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning repairs, as well as wheelchair lift adjustments and repairs. As the Lead Mechanic you will also supervise and motivate other Mechanics. We have 1 full time opportunity based in our Boulder office. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. The starting pay for this position is $36.50-$39.50/hour. Must obtain ASE Certification within 1 year of employment. Possess experience in all phases of vehicle maintenance. Strong background in diagnostics Possess a Driver's License that has been continually valid for at least the past two (2) years. Must pass and maintain DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position. Must possess own tools.
