At Mike Maroone GMC Cadillac, we're looking for a Quick Service Lube Technician who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and wants to be part of a high performing service team.

What You'll Do

You'll handle the essentials that keep vehicles running smoothly--and customers coming back:

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, battery tests, and routine maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Identify and communicate additional service needs to advisors
• Ensure every vehicle leaves clean, safe and up to manufacturer standards
• Accurately document work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Assist with vehicle movement and shop flow as needed

What You Bring

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past five years
• At least six months hands-on experience and strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
