We are a global operation with a deeply technical leadership team executing in highly collaborative fashion while maintaining relentless focus on delivering results.  We’re seeking a like-minded, highly analytical and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with Business Unit General Managers to provide end-to-end support for technical programs to optimize total returns, ensure proper revenue recognition, cost reporting, and financial controls.  You’ll deliver insights and models that guide strategic decisions, and project portfolio analysis, helping leaders balance business growth with the pursuit of technological breakthroughs that define industry leadership.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to partner with scientists and engineers in complex technical environments, will have demonstrated deep expertise in financial modeling and analytics, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for management.
  • Partner with department leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that improve performance.
  • Analyze KPIs, variances, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support corporate budgeting and forecasting cycles, consolidating inputs and ensuring accuracy.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.
  • Drive process improvement through automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure data integrity within financial systems; collaborate with Accounting to maintain accurate reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA, or BS in Finance or Accounting with a CMA or CPA certification.
  • 6+ years of FP&A experience in a high-technology or R&D-driven environment.
  • Proven track record leading or supporting enterprise system implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in data aggregation from multiple systems and developing tools to deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong business partnership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with scientific or engineering teams in a high-tech or manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition and cost allocation for complex programs or contracts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Salary range: $ 105,000 to $130,000 per year
