Daily Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members.
  • Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
  • Present benefit options through video meetings.
  • Assist members with applications and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards.
  • Use basic computer systems to manage client information.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
