With almost 20 years in business, we have established a pipeline of vehicles, circumvented manufacturing shortages, and with AutoSavvy you always have a wide variety of exciting quality vehicles to work with.   Assistant Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:  Dealer Socket  Management: Oversee the BDC functions within your CRM for handling incoming leads and inquiries. Lead Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to effectively convert leads into showroom visits, utilizing various communication channels and sales techniques. Power BI Monitoring: Utilize Power BI to monitor performance in five key categories: Leads to Contacts: Track the conversion rate from leads to initial contacts made by the sales team. Contacts to Visits: Monitor the rate at which contacts are converted into scheduled showroom visits. Leads to Show: Analyze the effectiveness of lead conversion into actual showroom visits. Leads to Sale: Measure the success rate of converting leads into finalized sales. Visits to Sale: Track the conversion rate from showroom visits to completed sales transactions. Sales Leadership/Management: Provide instruction in sales techniques, including coaching, motivation, and performance management, to enhance team productivity and effectiveness in lead conversion. Finance Office Product Sales/Functionality: Gain understanding and proficiency in selling finance office products and services, as well as understanding the functionality of finance office systems and processes. Team Supervision: Provide guidance and support to the Sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively convert leads into showroom visits and sales. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports on Sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development. Collaboration: Work closely with your sales and finance managers and coordinate efforts that will maximize gross profit opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and procedures to optimize lead conversion rates and improve overall performance. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on leads to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for sales staff on sales techniques, branded title knowledge, and customer service skills to enhance their ability to convert leads into showroom visits and sales. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions with customers.
