Paint Shop Production Associates are versatile employees and are cross trained in all key areas of the work environment, including:

  • Efficiently bundling and packaging customer orders to meet quality standards.
  • Organizing completed orders in designated loading areas.
  • Ensuring all products meet established quality metrics.
  • Keeping the production area stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assisting machine operators with job changeovers.
  • Effectively communicating production concerns/issues to supervisors.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Following all safety protocols to ensure a secure, safe working environment.
  • Supporting fellow team members and performing additional duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Dependability, work ethic, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable performing tasks involving bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Capable of reaching above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
  • Able to remain on your feet for at least 90% of the shift.
