Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Bowerston - Bowerston, OH 44695Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $41,711.00 - $54,224.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayPosition Summary The Inside Account Manager Stair Part Specialist at Novo will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with a specific set of customers. They will ensure customer needs are met by coordinating with various departments, addressing complaints, and finding solutions to issues. The role involves working closely with the Territory Sales Manager to expand the territory and maintain existing relationships, as well as collaborating with other Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers within the company. The Inside Account Manager will also be working directly with Manufacturing for custom quotes and lead times. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $41k-$54k/year depending on experience  Essential Responsibilities  Provides quotes, confirmations, responds promptly and professionally to customer requests.  Offers in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Processes orders and coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Works with the Territory Sales Manager on setting up new customer accounts. Investigates and resolve customers order issues and concerns. Enters order information in a timely and accurate fashion. Develops and maintains expertise in an assigned specialty area to support departmental efforts. Coordinates warehouse and shipping exceptions with various departments. Collaborates with Territory Sales Manager in proper processing of credits/returns, ensuring the paperwork is complete and that the credit/return is accurate.  Communicates with Purchasing Department regarding large sales and/or out-of-stock concerns. Provides input and recommendations for catalogues and price lists. Drives customer satisfaction to increase sales volume and profit margins. Follows established procedures for placing customer orders, servicing customers, adhering to pricing guidelines, and recommends changes when warranted to achieve overall company goals. Develops department personnel, including new, current, and outside sales, while embodying teamwork, professionalism, conduct, and dedication to Novo Building Products’ goals. Supports the team with large and or complex orders. Calls new, potential, existing customers for sales opportunities, introducing new products and promotions. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsBasic Qualifications (required) Advanced knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form. Exceptional data management and organizational skills and High degree of accuracy.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and courteous telephone manner. Ability to work independently and to conduct assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills to work effectively and efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have a current valid driver’s license, unrestricted except for vision correction, and good driving record. Preferred Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable area of study is required. Minimum of three years’ experience in a building material sales and service environment. Basic understanding of the supply chain to the building materials industry. Preferred industries include stair parts or associated millwork, (i.e., molding, doors, or window suppliers).
