This role includes ensuring products are secure for transport, maintaining accurate inventory of finished goods, and operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) in compliance with safety standards. Schedule Full Time Monday – Friday 4:30am - 1:00pm mandatory overtime Monday-Friday 4:30am - 3:00pm as needed  Pay and Incentives Competitive hourly rate ($18.00 - $20.00 per hour) Essential Responsibilities Operates a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) to move products and pallets safely throughout the warehouse. Accurately transports purchased, manufactured, WIP, raw materials, and finished goods by checking counts, scanning to correct locations, and confirming product labels. Ensures products are moved and scanned to the correct location with accurate labeling. Communicates any discrepancies, product issues, or safety concerns with Supervisor. Successfully completes Novo PIT training and operates equipment following all safety requirements. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required) Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to perform all essential functions, including physical requirements. Experience operating sit-down and stand-up PIT. Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights. Use of proper PPE and company-approved tools while maintaining a safe work environment. Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills. Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions. Flexibility in scheduling – able to work overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating powered industrial trucks. Travel Requirements No travel requirements. Physical Requirements Able to withstand exposure to seasonal weather elements and wood dust. Ability to sit for extended periods while operating PIT. Frequent reaching with hands and arms, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and twisting. Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance. Lift, push, or pull 50–100 lbs. with assistance.
