Position Summary 
The CRM Product Owner plays a key role in advancing Holley’s Customer 360 vision by leading CRM projects that strengthen customer understanding, improve data quality, and enhance lifecycle communication. This role is the central coordinator of CRM related projects for Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Responsibilities include scoping work, communicating with partners, and managing initiatives from intake through launch and post launch optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience and hands on HubSpot expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Customer 360 and CRM Program Leadership

  • Lead projects that support the Customer 360 roadmap, including data enrichment, lifecycle mapping, segmentation, and customer identity work.
  • Translate Customer 360 needs into structured project plans and operational or technical tasks.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and resources across multiple Holley teams.

Central Project Coordination for Revenue and Service Teams

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for CRM projects across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Scope projects, define requirements, gather inputs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Direct communication with each partner group to clarify expectations, track progress, and address risks.
  • Manage full lifecycle project execution from discovery through deployment and optimization.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and the Data team to align CRM and Customer 360 efforts.
  • Act as the central communication point for status updates, decisions, dependencies, and alignment needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, work sessions, and requirement gathering for Customer 360 initiatives.

Data, Process, and Compliance Management

  • Support data enrichment initiatives including vehicle data, fitment information, and unified customer records.
  • Create documentation, handoffs, and process standards that improve consistency across Holley brands.
  • Ensure CRM programs follow privacy, compliance, security, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+years of project management experience.
  • 3+years leading HubSpot based projects or owning HubSpot operations.
  • Experience supporting CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with customer data models, segmentation, integrations, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with automotive or enthusiast focused customer behavior is helpful but not required.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications.
